an excellent tea. this tea needs to build up in your system slowly, or it will make you sick. start out with a tablespoon or so for a week and every week add another tablespoon. If you start off with a cup right away, you may become extremely sick. because this is a detoxifier.
I buy this bark every year to support immune system in cold season. Very easy to use, simply add it in herbal tea every day. Noticed that even when everybody in office gets cold I don’t. i have autoimmune thyroid disease so i always try to find something that would help my body. i can’t say whether it really works or not but i drink this tea every day. it’s not very tasty as it almost has no taste at all, but it’s a nice tea without caffeine to drink at night time
