I've been using Frontier Co-op Senna for many years now for occasional digestion issues. It's so affordable and you get a huge 16 oz. bag of Senna leaves. The product I received was fresh and well packaged. It makes a great, soothing and fragrant tea and will keep you regular as well.
The quality is over the top, the quantity is enough for couple of months, 4th time restocking. One of my favorites in Iherb purchases! Would definitely recommend this brand 😍 and the price is very reasonable. Tastes amazing, adds flavor to everything. The quantity is massive it can last you for a year. high quality leaf, awesome price! 1 lb is a lot bigger than what you think until you see the size of the package! I really like the senna tea, some of the benefits are bowel regulation, if you're feeling stopped up you can use this tea to get things moving. I usually drink a cup after I eat stuff that's likely going to make me feel stopped up and have no complaints!
First time purchase and try ; I read about Senna Leaf and decided to follow the experts guidelines when use it. 1 cup of Senna Leaves and 1 tablespoon of Anis Seeds should be simmer for 10-30 minutes in very low heat ; filter it and drink one cup at night before bedtime. You expect to work its wonder about 8 hours later (diarrhea) so make sure you are at home all the day. Also, it should be done only one time per year (according to a Botany Scientist, consuming Senna Leaves regularly and randomly may cause cologne cancer). You should avoid heavy food and red meat for 3 days and consume chicken/meat broths and warm drinks/teas mostly, avoid sugar and fat to help healing your gut and maximum the benefit after the cleaning. Also, I wish iHerb try to provide smaller package as their package size is very large for the amount to be consumed (1 time a year!).

This is a huge-size package for a low price. I prefer this loose tea to the tea bags I'd bought from a different brand. A small serving goes a long way. It must be quality ingredients because a little bit definitely does the job. It tastes good, and I use it at near daily frequency to get the full benefit without any downside.

This is good quality. I make a tea and let it cool and drink it during the day to relieve chronic constipation. Too much will give you diarrhea but one you find the right amount, it is a safe easy way to move your bowels.
