Good quality, seeds look clean and fresh. Works well for tea or grinding. Great price for the size.
I use milk thistle seeds in my tea blends and it tastes nutty and slightly sweet, in my belief. From my experience the way to get all the goodness from the seeds is to grind them first.

I use this tea blend for estrogen dominance detox and benefit. the taste per serving is similar to flaxseed, I just add a bit of stevia. it doesn't have caffeine, better than green tea for hormones. Good for frequent use in diets. the size and packaging was OK too.
