I actually infused this product with one of my favorite oils, it kept my 4C hair healthy and moisturized. I also make my tea from scratch, I like to avoid using tea bags. I mix my herbs and this product together and the aroma throughout the house smells absolutely amazing along with the taste. I occasionally use this product mix with my favorite oils for a skin care routine too.

Burdock root is a good source of antioxidants, helps protect cells from damage. I make a tea in the thermos. I sometimes add other herbs or roots. The quality of that product seems pretty good. There are no other ingredients in the pack. I like the price of it. The taste of a brewers tea is good as well.

I make alcohol tinctures; they really help with polycystic ovary syndrome.

It has a smooth taste, steeps quickly, and is cut down to a decent grain size. From the moment you open the bag (properly sealed), the strong smell is a clear indication of the good quality! There are no fillers, just straight up burdock chips! The recommended serving size (1 teaspoon) is more than enough for my 24 oz cup. Drink burdock with hot water only, as having it cold may and will upset your stomach.

From my experience, burdock tastes earthy which in my belief is good to me. In conjunction with other herbs can be a wonderful blend!
