I really really like tea. The red pu ear tea is very special and helps in relaxation. usually I buy it in big dense tea cakes, but here it is very t conveniently packed in a small serving size package. this is a good benefit. although I believe it has caffeine in side, I frequently feel this is a very, very relaxing tea.
This tea is a bit sweet but not really sweet. Just a hint and i love the taste of this tea! And said to promote weight loss · Improves cholesterol · Inhibits cancer growth · May boost liver health. A packed of benefits. Though you may want to check the interactions if you are taking medicines.
I added the tea to my order on a last-minute wim. I'm glad I did. It tastes great, excellent quality with no added fillers. Freshly sealed in individual envelopes. It does contain caffeine, I enjoy a cup to get me through my 3pm slump. I highly recommend Uncle Lee's Imperial Organic Pu-erh Tea.
Pu-er tea can be hard to find so whenever I see I brand I have to tried, I give it a go, especially when it is organic. This Uncle Lee's Organic Pu-er Tea tastes great and authentic. I am spoiled because I used to be able to get Pu-er mini tea cakes from another brand - they were cute wrapped up in little greaseproof squares like pastilles or old fashioned boiled sweets and they tasted divine. I have never been able to match that rich malty taste but I keep on trying! This is a great Organic Pu-er tea to have on hand when I have no time to use my infuser and I love the many benefits, energy and wellbeing that drinking Pu-er tea gives me.
The quality is over the top, the quantity is enough for couple of months, 4th time restocking. One of my favorites in Iherb purchases!
