This is always in my pantry for medicinal uses. Not long ago, I woke with a weird difficulty swallowing and it lasted for days and turned into acid stomach. I started taking diluted apple cider vinegar which is great for GERD and while it helped, the acid stomach would still come back. I was worried as I rarely have any digestive issues and couldn't get rid of this problem. Then remembered my trusted fennel seeds and just chewed a few, like 8 seeds and kept doing for a few days and Voila! tummy back to normal. They also work great as a steeped tea to release gas bloating. Activated charcoal is another great remedy for that. Moral of the story: don't eat a load of pizza before bed and keep fennel on hand at all time, lol! Frontier is a good company, I often buy products from them.

Excellent quality fennel seeds! The taste is amazing—fresh and flavorful. I use them regularly to help boost my milk supply while breastfeeding, and they’ve made a noticeable difference. Love that Frontier Co-op is offered here on iHerb. Very good quality, love that the fennel seeds are whole. Great for adding some fennel taste to homemade vegan sausages, pastas, etc. Personally this smaller sized jar is perfect for me as a single person cooking mainly for myself—I use it sparingly!
