Quality it is working💚 ingredients; nothing but the stinging nettle ! taste mild! use as tea infusions. I added into soups and other spices. Benefit iron supplement. Definitely added it into my other tea blends that don’t have caffeine. I don’t know when I will run out of this, but when I do, I will definitely buy from I herb again. I love using this Stinging Nettle Tea in my mineral tea blend that I make in the summertime. This pack is so big, I wasn't expecting that! It will last you a long time, I bought it to make a pregnancy tea and I think the quality for that is absolutely unbeatable with how Frontier Co-op takes care of their ingredients and how they grow their herbals organically. Highly recommend!
As always, this brand never disappoints the quality of their herbs, spices is the best. whenever I open a bulk bag from frontier co-op, the herbs/spices are always so fresh. Stinging nettle is a natural antihistamine—just FYI. It’s great for allergies, it’s great for many things. We’d love to make a tea blend of hibiscus flowers and stinging nettle and steep those in hot water for a few hours, then strain and add some honey in a big mason jar and then store in the fridge. It’s an awesome and immune boosting tea.

I have found that this is the cheapest way to get organic loose leaf tea that is great quality and cheap per gram. The ingredients are quality and taste amazing. The size of the bag for the price is great and I like that there is not as much plastic in the packaging.
