This is a very high quality spirulina. Much more cost effective to make my own capsules. I like that is comes in a package with a zip top to keep the remaining product fresher longer. Spirulina has a lot of benefits. Full of amino acids it's great for perimenopause, gives a boost of energy without the jitters or crash like caffeine or sugar. It's a staple in my home.
