Fragrant & fabulous... especially in a mango lassi
Cardamom is one of my favourite spices and this one from Frontier Co-op is fresh & fragrant. Often used in Ayurvedic cooking & medicine, cardamom has a slight cooling effect on the body so a useful addition for summer recipes & remedies. I prefer to purchase organic herbs & spices as they contain therapeutic compounds with minimal/no nasties added.

Delicious, the best cardamon I've had
Just got it yesterday and I can already say it's the most delicious quality I've come across. I've been without it for over two years already but will not be for years to come with this great amount of the precious spice. I put small amount to special glass container and keep the big bag tightly closed (the scent was quite strong even outside the unopened package). I saved $10 from the bag thanks to the recent 20% off campaign.
