I love this and use these seeds (after soaking in water overnight to maximize effectiveness). One should soak the untreated seeds in water overnight and cook over low heat for 3-5 minutes for max benefit. They swell up nicely and are, to me, pretty tasty as they are, reminiscent of wheat berries but not quite as chewy. Roasted seeds may be ground into flour. Soaked ones can be eaten straight or added to other foods. I add them to pancakes, cookies, soups and salads. Can also be soaked in hot water as a tea or sprouted. There are so many uses & benefits of Fenugreek seeds. Highly recommended.

I bought it to boil it into a fenugreek tea, together with gojiberry to strengthen digestion system, it tastes really good! I also sprouted them successfully with ease, they sprouted in just a few days, will go on to grow yellow mustard vegetables with this in the next spring, should be smooth and give me great results. It is organic, so the veggies grown out of it should be really healthy!
hello. this is very powerful. I made some tea and also ate the seeds in it. oh gosh. that was so powerful as it detoxified my skin. I allways get pimples when I consume antiinflamatory food like curcumin or milk thistle. now I experienced the same with fenugreek. powerful stuff. great aroma in food also
I bought seeds from another site and they were large and coarser. They were hard to grind. So, I checked this brand and found this product. The packaging was handled great by the way. These seeds are finer quality. A lot goes a long way. I use the supplement as a tea without a chaser such as not adding sugar for taste. I also use the tea for my hair which is natural and coarse. The tea keeps my hair soft which is great.
Love buying at iHerb, most products are organic, I always know they are fresh and of good quality. This one is up to par as well. Thank you.
I use them for many purposes. I appreciate their health benefits. I put them in my daily chai and they taste delicious! I use them for fenugreek water. They are a key ingredient in my natural hair oils recipes. I will certainly purchase again.
I've had nothing but great experiences with this brand. This product is good quality, no debris, delicious, and a great value for the size of bag you get. It will last me a long time and give fresh tasting results every time since I grind it right before cooking. I just wish the bag was resealable. I have to transfer it to a ziploc.
I grind this up in a bullet style blender, and the fragrance is very pungent and pleasing. I keep some of it as a standalone spice and I also make a lot of spice blends that include this. It’s also wonderful as a sprouting seed to make micro greens
It’s of good quality and great for curry and lentils dishes, pickles and chutney. It’s high in protein and excellent source of fiber. Contains Mucilage Compounds. This gel-like plant substance coats and soothes mucous membranes, which is helpful for Bronchitis, dry throat, or COPD-type irritation
But it is a lot of work and my husband can't do it regularly. The quality is good no question about it. But now I do not know what to do with it.
