My original family used these in our Irish Sofa Bread recipe. We kids would nibble on a few or add them & butter to good Jewish rye bread. It ended there. Thanks to your generous-size bag of caraway, I pop these scrumptious organic caraway seeds on toasted (gluten-free or regular) bagels, on melted cheese, & in with fresh apple chunks to enhance the flavor of sauerkraut. There are plenty left over for baking biscuits or soda bread! Thank you!
