But what I love most is using it to make real fluffy marshmallows ,they actually whip up beautifully when done right! Here’s my simple fluffy marshmallow recipe: Fluffy Marshmallow Gummies (That Actually Whip Up) Ingredients: • 2 tbsp marshmallow root • 1 cup water • 3 tbsp gelatin • ½ cup honey or maple syrup • 1 tsp vanilla (optional) Instructions: 1. Make the infusion: Simmer marshmallow root in water for 20 minutes. Strain and let cool slightly. 2. Bloom gelatin: Pour ½ cup of the warm infusion into a bowl and sprinkle gelatin over it. Let sit 5–10 minutes. 3. Heat sweetener: Warm the remaining infusion with honey until hot (not boiling). 4. Whip it up: Combine everything and beat with a hand mixer for 5–8 minutes until thick, pale, and fluffy. It should expand and look like marshmallow cream. 5. Set: Quickly spread into a lined dish or pipe into molds. Let set 1–2 hours.

Wonderful product for soothing sore throats and dry coughs. I add a Tbsp into a glass of cold water a let it infuse for up to 8 hours. I strain and then drink the slightly jelly and slippery liquid. It has a bit of a sweet taste. Quality organic product.
