I bought this product for a specific purpose - to assist in the removal of fungus from my body. I am also on medication for the same reason & for reducing mast cell activation. In a fairly short period of taking the golden seal powder, I had an expulsion (that’s quite enough detail!) of 2 episodes in one day that has served my body well. I did not know about this product until a short while ago, was pleased to easily find it on iHerb and believe it is a quality product

Frequency- 3-4 times daily. The bitter taste, also has an earthy note, but should be.

I bought this because Barbara O'Neil mentioned it was helpful for sinuses. She recommended to sniff a little each day. I tried this. The product is yellow and will stain if not washed right away. It would sting a little to take it. Some days, it seemed to help with allergies, but it was inconsistent so I can't entirely recommend it for that purpose. The product itself seems to be a good product. Packaging is resealable which is appreciated. It is messy though.

My first time purchase. I bought this based on Sustain me book, by Barbra O’Neil, the taste is bitter which is expected. I used it as tea, for lever cleansing. The size of the package is small, but it’s enough as you only need little bit. It has a nice yellow color.

Very powerful, I got a cold and got a severe runny nose, I mixed three grams in warm water, drink it three times a day, I noticed a great relieve after just two tea, and fully healed in 6 dosages.

Very good quality, it is the second product I ordered from Frontier Co-op and I have been pleased with the ingredient quality both time. I used the Goldenseal to help eliminate mucus and it worked perfectly. The taste isn't amazing but you don't take Goldenseal for the taste.

It is very and beneficial for the body and could be used for the digestion. No the first time to buy from this brand but I wish they change the packaging and put it in a jar as it flies everywhere when i open it.

A must have for sudden infections, including appendix (a friend was getting ready to do appendix surgery and after taking this along side fasting, walked out of hospital without surgery) , this stuff is real antibiotics along side oregano oil 72. Frontier is the company to go for and has been for decades.

I’ve been having a bit of a hard time straining it fully out of beverages after steeping because it’s so fine, but ultimately to me this isn’t a huge negative. I sometimes drink tea with this instead of taking berberine pills.
