GUYS I SPRINKLE THIS ON EVERYTHING BECAUSE IT TASTES SOOOO GOOD! has a natural smoky scent, a little like coffee too, and just so yummy on gluten free pancakes or waffles. I may or may not have eaten it straight out the bad with a spoon lol. It’s just so delicious, fill of minerals. And so many uses! Only 1 quality ingredient (MAPLE SYRUP CRYSTALS!). So many health benefits too, deep within the tree this comes from. One thing I always love to have in my pantry and in my diet!

The quality of this organic maple sugar was great! It made a big batch of hot cocoa mix (enough for roughly 17 servings). It tastes great and worked well in our recipe! I love that its just maple sugar granules and no other ingredients! Its a good sized package as well.

Love it. I use it to get the maple flavor without messing up recipes with extra liquid. Also, i find it to keep better in this form than in syrup form. For time when you need it in syrup form, you can do it the same you would make simple syrup.

It smells so good when you open the bag! I first used it to make syrup, and that didn't work very well. Sugar is hygroscopic, but somehow it just wasn't dissolving in the water, even after a few days. It's ok though, I'll just use it as a sugar substitute. It comes in a foil type bag, so just know you'll either need a clip or another container to keep it fresh.

I like this, it's easy to create a recipe just like the use of sugar. Being Canadian, I still enjoy the real maple syrup much better though.

A beautiful aromatic quality ingredient that comes in a generous serving size packaging that I will be able to benefit from and frequently use in my recipes and diet. It’s luxurious and lovely

We like this better than those bottled ones. For one - they keep longer. Second, they're concentrated and just dilute what you need and no wastage. Taste and aroma are really mapley flavor. Will buy again.

i like that this is shelf stable and will last a long time. as an ingredient i like that i can sprinkle onto bakes etc for that maple taste without using the liquid which is soo expensive nowadays. i like that i can take it camping along with other dried products lesseing the weight to carry
