My Naturopath recommended this specific brand for me when we discovered I had Estrogen Dominance syndrome. Within a few weeks I started feeling so much better! The main ingredient seems low, but the way it's blended with the phospholipids makes it absorb far better than straight DIM. The tiny size of the pills makes them easy to take, and you should feel the benefits pretty quickly if you actually need this product.

This supplement, along with others that work in tandem, was prescribed to me by my nutritionist to eliminate excess estrogen from my body (estrogen dominance). Within 3 months of taking this supplement (along with supportive supplements and a modified diet), my estrogen level dropped from 524 to 164. After another 2 months, the level was 62. I continue to use it. Great product.

very good DIM, helps a lot for estrogen dominance, the dosage is also good, you can adjust it easily as you can take up to 3 caps per day.

This is an expensive product, I hope it works as it is critical to metabolise the oestroge's correctly. On the other hand, the price of this product reminds me to eat my cruciferous every day... yes, broccoli and so on.

My back and chin acne have become so much more noticeable! I’ve used the product for over three months, didn’t notice any difference the first month, but so glad I kept taking regardless. The price is a bit to steep, so I might look into cheaper alternatives down the row. The quality of the product and the ingredients seems superb though. I take 2 in the morning and two before bed.
