Excellent taste; not sure if the can is aluminum or BPA-free. I just found that Eden has them for less, so will try Eden next time.

I used to make refried beans from scratch and got sick of cooking for hours on end so after a long and hard search decided to buy this. I'm very happy with my choice. Tasty, with good consistency and very true to the photo on the front of the can. It's also versatile and can be further cooked with veggies or meat in a little water, or just heated up and eaten on it's own. Have ordered some more. Will definitely be a staple in my pantry.

My whole family loves it, comes in BPA free can too. Great to put in your home made burrito.

I cooked it up with some sweet potatoes and carrots, and everyone enjoyed it. Will definitely re-purchase.

They're flavorful, taste great, and have very simple, real ingredients. If you can call it a recipe, we love to make quesadillas with them, plus jack cheese, and Siete tortillas. They're perfect for my grain-free, gluten-free, egg-free, soy-free diet. I also like them also because they're vegetarian - no lard please!

I was not a big fan of beans of any kind really, for most of my life, & still am picky. Refried beans worked their way into my heart via Mexican food, but I always thought they were just a background player, something to mix with the rice, the dip, fill up the burrito with some extra protein, etc. But Amy’s refried beans are legit tasty, just on their own! When I scoop them out of the can in the pan, I end up licking the spoon (which is objectively gross, I know). Wegman’s stopped carrying them in favor of their own brand as a dupe, & (as much as I love Wegman’s), they are comparatively terrible. I don’t even bother with other brands now, just pay the extra $$ for Amy’s so I’m not disappointed.

I usually get the low sodium but that was not available so I went with the traditional. I was not disappointed.

One of the best refried beans! We love the flavor and we love it's organic. Can't have a proper taco night without them.

Clean ingredients, nice texture, great taste. This is our go-to recipe base.
