Im taking it before sleep usually, but started to use it every evening as 3 or 4 hours before sleep, and you know what? It works! I do notice change in my mood(probably serotonin) however i don't really feel motivated, just good, like i always was overthinking and boom! it just removes that anxiety and stress, however watch your dose guys, it's unique to everyone.

I take it together with melatonin half an hour before bedtime, sometimes an hour. And it works wonderfully. I sleep very soundly.
