I take it a week. What I see, that I have energy for my workouts and it is good, but it do not control my appetite as I want to and I do not lose weight still. So may be for weightlose it donor work, it is more for energy. About sleep. I sleep well and have no problem with it even if I took a peal late. So recommend as energetic.
I am not a workout person, so I decided to reduce to dosage as I think I might not be able to burn out the effect. Yet it works on me well, slowly but good enough effective. I am satisfied.

I can definitely feel the boost of energy after taking it in the morning. It takes around 30mins to work which is quite fast. Recommend for ppl who want to boost the metabolism and esp for those who want to cut fat. But the downside is that the dosage. pills are relatively large and hard to swallow. I personally found it ok but if you are not use to large pills it may be an issue. Doesn’t have weird taste. The ingredients and quality are great!
i am a big fan of irwin naturals. this is one of my favorite products. it definitely curbs my appetite without making me jittery and i do believe it has provided tremendous support for my diet and exercise regime. it energizes me in a good way. i have yet to see a negative side effect after 6 weeks of use. highly recommend.

I would love to be a skinny legend but this product and the caffeine made me feel weird and gave me a headache. There’s no taste to the capsules and they’re a bit big in size so an effort to swallow. Taking 1-2 before each meal means taking the bottle on the go which isn’t really practical for me. Not sure if I’ve seen any benefits but will finish the bottle to see.
Do these work? I'm not convinced. And they are quite pricey. I tried them and didn't notice a difference, so I wouldn't buy them again.
