Ingredient has got caffeine so i usually take this during day with my carbs intake, and avoid carbs at night. 2 gels before meal is the recommended dosage but i sometimes take just 1 depending on the amount of carbs on my plate. Yet to see any significant benefit but praying it works internally!

Irwin natural carb blocker
I used to be on a bigger side and I’m a carb lover. So I use this to block my carb absorption. I wouldn’t say it makes a real huge difference in weight loss but it’s sort of like maintenance pill. I’m not sure whether it works, but for heavy carb eaters is best to go on a higher fiber intake before carb loading.
