Its’s baked without any added oils which many crackers do. Only ingredient I wish not being there is Organic Corn Maltodextrin. Being organic doesn’t make any better. Most of Japanese rice crackers are made without maltodextrin as additive. If the company is creating heathy snacks using organic ingredients, I they can skip the maltodextrin please. Therefore 4 stars.
