Great cocoa taste with nice quality ingredients. I enjoy using this product for baking brownies, making smoothies, and generally just baking recipes. It’s hard to get dutch processed cocoa in my place. Great that it is organic. The taste and flavour is good. Comes in convenient package.
I like the quality of this cocoa and I think the packaging of this in a can is worth the price alone. I use Ghiradelli for making homemade cocoa recipes and adding to baked goods as well. They’re both comparable BUT the can for this is so much easier than the other brand’s bag. They’re both comparable in taste but the can keeps it fresh and the taste stays pretty consistent a lot longer than the bag. I definitely recommend.
