This is one of those supplements that we won't get immediate results from but one that our body needs for bone health. IMO, this form, MK4, may be better because it doesn't come from soy which may not agree well with some people. I highly recommend this to increase bone density in combination with other vitamins and minerals.
Best vitamin K. It’s a very small pill. Easy to swallow. I take it 2 to 3 times a day. Helps put the calcium into my bone. Great for men and women.with osteoporosis.
MK-4 has been shown in studies to help improve bons strength. This supplement contains an effective dose of MK4.
The product does what it says, and I’m happy with the results.
This is the dosage used by prescription and proven in Japanese studies. Not a once-a-day dose of 45 mgs but 15 mgs taken three times a day for a total daily dose of 45 mgs. AOR is a very trusted brand and their K2 is manufactured in Canada. I've taken this for a month with zero side effects, and they're tiny. Recommendations are to be sure to have adequate Vitamin D blood levels and supplement that separately if needed. Vitamin K2 helps keep calcium out of arteries and in bones. Although MK-4 has a shorter half life than MK-7 more studies have been done in support of MK-4 (Menatetrenone) look them up for yourself.

High concentration of Vitamin K2 MK-4. It's good for bones and also good for teeth. I don't take a whole capsule every day, I open the capsule and pour some of it in water and I drink it. Almost every day. (note: these capsules are very small so if you want to open them be careful ) Underrated product for teeth health. This is something I will keep using long term. I want to thank AOR for making this product available.
I have been taking MK-7, but now I am taking Peak K2 MK-4, as I have read that MK-4 is the best form of K2 because the body uses it well. I am curious to see how it will affect my vascular system and bones.
There is a lot of information now about the need for sufficient intake of vitamin K2. So I decided to add MK-4 to MK-7.
