This stuff tastes nasty, but it has exactly what you want in it and nothing else, so you can mix it in with what works best for your palette. I take it in water with D-Ribose powder and a splash of cranberry juice, which takes some of the edge off and gets me a bunch of my daily's at once. Know that its a very sticky powder, and you'll want to give it a good stir and break up any small clumps that come floating to the surface with the edge of the measuring spoon.

Great product, however has to be diluted in juice (Cranberry in my case), otherwise will not taste good in water , as typical for this product :-)

I have been drinking them for quite a while now and I still have no observations about its effectiveness. But NOW is a quality brand, I like that it's a powder and I can drink as much as I want. It has a rather bitter taste, but better than the capsule shell.

The product taste like crap. I add it to my morning smoothies but need to add honey to combat bitter taste. I recommend taking it after work outs instead of prior. When I took it prior to work outs I gained weight. My appetite was suppressed as well unable to eat since I felt full. No more body aches from heavy weight lifting.

When I received the product, I was surprised by the packaging quality. A closer look reveals that good quality ingredient have been used. It is suitable for recovery and endurance for those who fitness or workout are on a diet and can receive many benefits. The package size is the size that can be inferred from the picture. The taste is also timeless and delicious.

great for low protein in liver, finding this a good quality product

I found the bottle awful for getting one scoop. The cap is too small. The product also doesn't contain all 9 essential amino acids. For me, it wasn't really worth it.
