Lots of cottage cheese pieces in the spinach. Good quality cheese and spinach. Good taste, almost a little too healthy for me. Portion size is good for 2 people, and up to even 4 people if everyone just takes 2 big scoops each. Easy to prepare, just need to warm up the bag.
