I think it is a very good product, the only flaw I would say is that I never managed to take all the pills in one day. I also have other supplements and I simply cannot take the full dose of magnesium because there are too many capsules to take.
For many years I took magnesium bisglycinate from two other elite companies. But then magnesium bisglycinate stopped giving the effect of good sleep and calming. I started to figure it out and realized that I needed to change the form of magnesium. I bought this company, although I was skeptical. But blah, I was very surprised by the result: relaxation before bed; deeper sleep; I don’t sweat in my sleep.

I have a lot of trouble getting a good night’s sleep, and I have to say this has really helped me. Even if I don’t get my full 8 hours from going to bed too late or having to wake up early, I wake up feeling like I actually got a refreshing night’s sleep - a feeling I can’t remember ever having in my life! My mood might be a bit more stable too. I only take 2 pills instead of the recommended 4, but 2 works for me. I’m 5’7 and 54.5kg for reference.

I love this magnesium and have been taking it for quite some time. The biggest benefit for me is it helps me sleep. The quality is good. I take 3 capsules before bedtime. There is no after taste. To me this brand works better than the magnesium with 7 types of magnesium.
I have been taking Tri Mag for quite some time. The benefits are wonderful and this magnesium supplenent helps me sleep. The ingredients are perfect as other magnesium supplements do not work as well for me. The only downfall is you have to take 3 capsules to get the full effect but it is worth it for me.
