Bought this for my 8 years old. Use to support her immune system. The quality of the gummy is just like a regular gummy candy in the market. But with clean ingredients. It has regular size that only for children age 5 and above. But always be mindful and remind them to chew the gummy to avoid choking. No problem with the package when received. After one bottle (frequency :daily intake) I don't see visible improvements when it comes to catching cold. I don't see it has benefited her to minimise having cold especially during change of season. So I stopped buying this. It's not bad and it's not as good supplement either. the serving is right for kids.
