I was looking for a source of insoluble fiber to help with IBS and constipation, and this is the best I've found. It really does help keep me regular - more than soluble fibers like benefiber and psyllium. It is a bit grainy dissolved into a drink but I found it pretty easy to get used to.
This is a very rare product, hard to find in a typical supplement store. So far from my experience it seems to be of a high quality make. I especially appreciate the fact that it's 100% cellulose in terms of ingredients and nothing else, completely tasteless. I don't think this does much in terms of fiber volume but depends on your gut biome probably.
packages have shown up early. works well. smaller casuals are a good size, making them easier to throw back in the morning they don't sit in the throat long enough to taste the ingredients. good quality, yet to have a busted capsule. good size container with cotton wadding. I can see the effects daily through my weight loss and increase of energy
great quality. I ordered this for my aging dogs. They are quite small in size and I use this to add more volume to their supplements. This should benefit their gut too as it gets into their diet as well. The taste is accepted by the dogs too! I will order more when necessary

The key ingredient, pure cellulose fiber, is completely tasteless and doesn’t change the color of the drink, so I can mix it with water, juice, or even smoothies without noticing it’s there. The quality from Nutricology is excellent, very clean and consistent, and I like that it doesn’t have any unnecessary additives.
