I bought several brands of these to try in an attempt to find a tasty low-sodium product with a good amount of protein. These had a good taste and texture and 3% sodium is fantastic, as is the 23 grams of protein. The fish itself is of good quality, too. They are skinless and boneless, but I don't mind either of those. I will keep them on my short list of products to buy in the future. especially when they are on sale or promotion.
