We've been using this brand and version of magnesium for years now and prefer it over any other. Magnesium Chloride is much easier to absorb and has no adverse effects compared to other versions. Magnesium Chloride is also recommended over others in "The Magnesium Miracle"

I was very defficient in magnesium and i needed fast absorption form ...this was a game changer and it is also genler on the stomach in compare to citric version , the taste is barable and i use to mix it with coconut water

The taste is not the best, but what can you expect hehe used it during pregnancy when Inhad restless legs and muscles and trouble falling asleep. My sleep was better

Can't really rate this yet as I've only just started taking. I like that it is a liquid but the taste is pretty average. Not sure if I will order again, depends on how my body responds to it.
