i know you can get seabuckthorn seed for cheaper, but I trust this quality to take internally. This seed oil is best for topical use since it does not stain like the berry oil. or mix them like i do! Seabuckthorn is a wonderful plant to make sure you're getting a balanced spectrum of omega fatty acids. I take half a dosage of this (seed oil) and the berry oil for days 14-28 of my menstrual cycle, along with borage for GLA., along with eating sesame, sunflower. Then I take a well balanced fish oil days 1-14, along with eating freshly ground flax. I also make sure to eat olives and olive oil, hemp seeds, grassfed butter, MCTs, and tocotrienols. having good sustained improvements with all these. and yes, i did my research. I am addressing estrogen dominance and overall health and inflammation. This brand of seabuckthorn is the best you can find! and very richly colored and fresh.

Many users say it helps with skin texture, glow, and hydration. A few caveats: The flavor/taste isn’t amazing if you try it internally (I mostly use it topically). I bought this product before the other brand is out of stock. I found this product have similar quality but cheaper, will countinue to buy it.

Used to freak out about putting oils on my face, but I took a leap of faith applied this before bed.. and what do you know, I woke up to a face that was as soft as a baby's bottom. Didn't cause any breakouts as well :)

I will definitely buy this again. If you aren't used to textures them it may be a little nasty.

Purchased both the seed oild and softgels. Personally, I prefer the softgels, but the oil may appeal to those that don't like taking pills. The oil is also harder to judge dosage. However, I think that it is simewhat effective.

My dry skin loves these moisturizing drops! I mix it with my regular lotion. I have a psoriasis rash that gets very dry and itchy and this oil helps a lot!
