This powder is pretty economical. Smells strongly with the lavender scent so I take only one teaspoon into running bath water. It foams great so and calms body and mind. they DO foam! so happy. it makes the bath soapy too (so it's nice to scrub with a glove while in there) and the scent is lovely though could be stronger. i add these to a magnesium flake soak when my muscles are sore or stiff or i feel i need a bit of tlc. ♡ getting the bigger container now!

I love using it when I bathe my baby, he’s still young to play with bubbles but I feel that the lavender scent is great before bed. The size is great I just put about a table spoon in the small tub and we’re good to go.
