I had skin problems since i was a teenager (i'm 27 now). I had dry skin (and sometimes rash), especially up to the hands and the elbows. The fish oil never changed anything to that. I’ve finished the entire bottle and originally purchased this to help with my chronic dry eye issues, as well as to provide additional support for hair loss. Unfortunately, I can’t say for sure whether the capsules made a noticeable difference. On the positive side, I didn’t experience any adverse side effects while taking them. the seed oil will have a bigger proportion of omega 6 then omega 3. so i change to fish oil, cant see the difference yet
