This product really great. Im having adynomiosis which causing urine more frequent. Since taking Barleans, I see great difference. Im only taking 4 tablets a day and not as recommended on the label. However still early , planning to continue for 3 months. A good combination of supplement s for women health I like it
I took these diligently, every day until they were gone, but I didn't notice any benefits. One thing you need to know is the capsules are quite LARGE, so if that's an issue then definitely consider before purchasing. I think Barlean's has some nice quality products with good ingredients, but this one just didn't do much for me and it's quite expensive. As far as oils go, I prefer the NOW Black Currant Oil which iHerb also carries. It especially helps with my dry eyes.
