I’m tired of 100 different species and now this mix of quality ingredients solves my problem and gives me a solution for daily use in cooking. Package size is so big, seems like it will be with me for years)) I enjoy Mediterranean diet that is why this mix is suitable for almost everything, I add it to Italian recipes like lasagna or pasta, and even in omelette or soup.
Italian herb blend from Frontier Co-op and honestly, it’s kind of perfect. It’s got all the usual suspects, oregano, thyme, basil, garlic, black pepper, tarragon, red bell pepper, and chives, and the mix is super balanced. No salt, no weird fillers, just herbs that smell and taste fresh. I toss it on everything: pasta, roasted veggies, tomato sauce, even omelets. It adds that classic Mediterranean flavor without overpowering the dish. Bonus points for the eco-friendly packaging and non-GMO ingredients. It’s become one of my go-to spices in the kitchen.

The herbs out of great quality is. It's versatile enough to be used in a lot of different dishes, from pasta to fish, and even grilling chicken. The taste and the quality is superb.
Love this company, great quality ingredients, every spice I have purchased from them adds profound flavor and taste to my dishes! I love that they also offer bulk options for some of their spices as I can go through the small bottles pretty quickly!
I’m just realizing that I that I have 3 favorite brands of dried herbs and Frontier Co-Op is one of them. I especially like their Herbs of Italy because not only is it high quality but the composition and proportion of the herbs works perfectly for my taste and in my recipes. Sometimes it’s easier to use a premade herb blend and this is my go to!
