Going through menopause cold turkey (no HRT) and my estrogen level is pretty much dead. This cream is a life saver. I was having very bad neck and shoulder pain because of low estrogen, no sleep, and this cream literally saved my neck and my sleep. I have tried a different phytoestrogen cream but this one is better. I also rub a dab of progesterone cream to balance out. It's hard to find the right dose though, but because my estrogen is so low I can use quite a lot of this, even on my chest, mid section and other joints, at least twice a day.

I took the name to be a marketing tactic because on the IHerb app this states the product is #9. in Progesterone this is NOT progesterone. Be careful. I do not know how to rate this....I have no idea what exactly it does.

No scent, right bottle size, nice package and was delivered promptly. I just used it once so it is too early to comment on its' effectiveness just yet.
