I actually enjoy the taste of these. I tend to chew them as opposed to swallow. I assume they’re working well, but how can you tell? My body likes them, that much I can note, feels good in the tummy. I like that they’re made with natural ingredients. I’d get them again.

Despite the expensive price, I decided to buy this for my husband who went through a bout of antibiotics. I don't know if it makes any difference in gut flora but it does seem to make his stools less loose as he has always had loose stools, almost diarrhea like.

Have used this brand for years. The ladies at the local health food store recommended it for me when I was traveling because it doesn't need to be refrigerated. I found it to work really well for me - never upsets my stomach and actually helped when I didn't feel well.
