I use these beans regularly in soups and bean salad recipes. It's really hard to find no salt beans in my area, and when you are trying to lower your salt intake, items that are no salt added are key.
I like the convenience of these canned beans & I also like EDEN products. The quality & flavor is consistent.
I like to cook them with garlic, onions, and tomato sauce, then top them with fresh basil and parmesan.

This tastes great, but the texture is a little too mushy to me. It easily mushes up when cooked. I prefer a bit harder beans.
