This is the third time I order this product. Good quality, natural ingredients, no after taste and has great benefits for people with metabolic syndrome. Normal size and good dosage. I take it after meals that contain carbs and it helps me to keep my blood sugar in normal levels. I don't exceed 2 capsules per day.

This must be doing what it claims it does, because I notice when I take this after a high-carb meal or eating a dessert, that I don't get that "sugar rush" I used to get before. My belly seems a bit smaller too, so maybe overall it's helping to improve my blood sugar level.
