These have made the world of difference with my anxiety & depression as well as improving sleep. They dissolve instantly & taste nice. I vary my dose depending on how I'm feeling & stress levels, bit of trial & error to figure out how much you need, but definitely recommend trying them. I use the fast dissolve version as I can't swallow tablets.
