I don't like other omegas because they taste like fish. Then the fishy burp taste is the worse. I don't have that problem with thest omegas.

This is the best blend of Omega 3-6-9 that’s organic. Iherb has the best price. I like the taste. I’ve mixed it into my tuna but most of the time I just take it off the spoon. Remember not to heat up or it will ruin the benefits of it. I think it haas a light sunflower seed taste.

Very unique and good product which gives the dosage in a good way from natural sources. Used in pregnancy!

The glass package is good for the ingredients. I hope my skin and hair will feel better after taking the supplement.

The item arrived in a well-protected packaging. I took a spoon of Udo’s oil with my meals for a month. I noticed there was always some leakage after each pour. I would not recommend taking it directly. The coconut aroma enhances the taste of the rice beautifully! However, I have yet to notice any changes in my body, perhaps it takes more longer to experience the benefits.

I was advised by a natrapath to take omega 369 instead of just a fish oil. I found this really well . I mix with some oat milk and has a pretty plain taste quite refreshing from usually lemon tasting oils. It’s incredibly strong which is excellent for the brain and seems to last a good while. I’m waiting to see if it helps with raised cholesterol on my next test

My chiropractor recommends this blend. Definitely an acquired taste but keep it refrigerated and it should last. Helps things keep "moving" for me.
