My wife uses this to keep her blood sugar levels down. After getting good test results from her doctor, she was a bit lazy in taking it and then the next test results were not quite as good!. I have taking empagliflozin ( Jardiance 30 mg) for the last 5 years and my fasting blood sugar was always around 130 and HBA1C around 7.5. I have started taking it just 3 days ago and miraculously my blood sugar is dropped to less then 100 even after 2 hours of meal. Do a brisk walk for 40 minutes, don’t take wheat & rice products, no potatoes and no sugar (white sugar and honey). Hope this helps you to control your blood sugar.

Fast delivery , size good, dosage two times a day each one table before meal 20 minutes, quality not sure about it, ingredients need to be tested in lab to tell honestly, i used it for more than 2 month but no changes in my sugre , 7.5 ml moll, type 2 diabetes, not eating wheat or sweets, i feel it's not suit me or not effective, this my experience. i hope this comment is helpful and it's reflecting my experience.
