Wild Harvest has high quality ingredients. I have purchased many times. I use it to help with histamine intolerance due to MCAS. The pills have no taste and they are a standard size that is easy to swallow. I won't repurchase because I actually like their aller-aid supplement better.

I like the fact that this is organic nettle and that the ingredients are clean, without harmful other additives. The size of the pills is medium. Dosage is ok. I don’t notice any bad taste. Nettle has a lot of benefits!
I have issues with histamine intolerance and this freeze-dried nettle works like a charm. I LOVE it. I don't want to take pharmaceutical antihistamines which have side effects. This is natural and works so well for me. I am so happy to have found this product. It's pricey but worth it. Highly recommend! I also recommend to have your thyroid checked because it sometimes causes histamine intolerance.
