if you suffer PMDD then this will be your best friend!!! and I wouldn't trust any brand other than Wild Harvest to do the job! their ingredients are pure and 100% natural! My PMDD usually kicks off around 10 days before my period, the anger and depression is extreme and has been for decades until I realised what I had!! I've been searching for something - anything to help me with my hormonal mood swings - and this product immensely helps me during those 10 days, when taken 3x a day! (but it's not recommended to take St John's wort for longer than 12 weeks, just FYI) It absolves my depression during that time, and I take these along with the chaste berry in this brand as well - that one is an every day pill, always, and honestly, my PMDD is pretty much gone with the combo of the two working together!!!!!! now I just have regular normal pms like all the other girls and its such a relief!!! 🙏💖 thankyou wild harvest!!!

This is a quality brand. The capsules always have a fresh herbal scent that makes it a pleasure to use this. I think the herb is quality to start with, but also the glass container is excellent in preserving the herb. I like that it is a whole plant blend. Just 1 capsule a day is helpful for dealing with the low winter sun levels and I think may help with immune function, for me personally.
I take St. John's Wort every other day in order to enhance my immune system and to regulate my occasional depressing mood. I can feel the difference.

This is a good product. The quality ingredients are just what I needed. The price was reasonable too. I also like that it is wild harvested. I didn't get it for sleep problems, but I seem to be getting better sleep since I've been taking it.
I live outside of the US and this was shipped to me very quickly. I like the product and the fact that it is organic. So far, after only a couple of weeks, it seems to be working. I will order more.
