well I think is no1 in increasing my breastmilk supply, high quality , no taste or aftertaste at all , with vegan ingredients. I use it 4 times a day and my dose is one pill per time , usually with/after a meal. the size of the pill is small enough to swallow easily. I've seen tremendous increase vs other ones (like pill of fenugreek that they do work but not like that). recommended to mamas that want to nurse their babies, no concern at all about harming your LO
