DIM Complex, 60 Vegetarian Capsules

As for dosage: I started out taking 1 capsule twice a day, but I'm now taking 2 capsules twice daily ( total of 4 per day) per the direction of my medical provider, For the past couple years. The benefits: I tend to be estrogen dominant. At my last doctor's appointment my provider said that my "estradiol was much improved at 50 down from 145". This supplement really worked for me. The side effects I have noted is an orangey tint to my urine that is especially noticable if I am a little dehydrated. If your just starting the supplements you may have a headache or stomachache as your body is getting used to the supplement and your liver starts to metabolize the excess estrogen. I didn't get any stomachaches, but I did have mild headaches whenever I start taking this supplement after being off of it for a while. There really isn't any taste to the capsules. The size is average for a capsule I think. It's smaller than my metformin tablets, but bigger then advil tablets. Hopefully that is helpful for anyone taking or considering taking this supplement.

Bought this supplement after trying few other brands on other sites and amazon, some of them were a complete waste of money, yet this one even though it's a bit pricey actually works, my hormones really respond well to it and the urine does get dark and is a sign of DIM supplements working! overall really recommend.

I really like the formula of this product - perfectly synergistic ingredients for hormonal balance and methylation. I have been suffering from the Estrogen dominance for so long (3+ years) and tried so many things, I wasn't sure this would actually help. This is the second bottle im using the first one i finished in one month this dim decrease 80% from hot flash but when i finish exaxtly the bottle the hot flash discontinued totaly i sit after that 1 month no hot flash after it’s returned again in that time i started the second bottle still have hot flash for sometimes so decrease may be 85% from hot flash im so happy thank u i herb now i need something supplement or natural ingredients for cellulite if someone try some product plz advise me thank u i herb
