Vitamin K-2, 100 mcg, 60 MicroLingual® Instant Dissolve Tablets

I’ve been suffering from knee pains for 13 years, and I have gone through multiple ACL surgeries. There’s still at least one knee surgery coming later this year. I’ve been trying various health products from iHerb to relieve knee pain. Superior source’s Vitamin K2 , 100 mcg, seem to help rather nicely with joint damage (bone-to-bone contacts thanks to Osteoarthritis of Knee). Menaquinone-7, should be the best form of Vitamin K2. I like the quick dissolving tablets, and serving size is only one tablet per day. I don’t like to eat dozens of tablets everyday. :) I have used Superior Source’s products before, and these provides great quality once again.

No harmful ingredients and tablets are small in size and easy to use. But a little costly comparing to other available variants. Easy to manage dosage..

I take Vitamin D, and I decided to get Vitamin K because it makes sure any calcium absorbed goes to where the body needs it. This dosage gives me a nice small boost of energy, and doesn't give me anxiety or any negative side effects. I never had dental issues but after taking this I have noticed that my teeth feel much clearer and I even noticed some tartar reduced. Unexpected benefit, but welcome. Taste is great.

These dissolve under the tongue and absorb fast. Vitamin K helps the blood to clot, so this is a great, fast remedy for bleeding issues. I keep a bottle in the cabinet for anyone to use who needs it. We use it mostly for nose bleeds and heavy menstrual bleeding. MK-7 is a particularly good quality form of vitamin K.

First time buying this brand. Recommended by friend. Delivery was fast, received in 4days from order. Packaging was good. Well protected in carton box. Expiry Sep 2026 so bought 4 bottles. Will order again when new batch with longer expiry is available.

Easy to take with minimal simple inactive ingredients. Unable to see if it’s effective, but it has a pleasant taste and it’s an easy way to take vitamin K2 MK-7. This particular dosage and formula is a cost-effective way to get this fairly expensive vitamin. It’s a bit of a high dose, but it is possible to cut into smaller pieces to get closer to the recommended daily allowance. Highly recommend.

I bought this because I take the Vitamin D from the same company. They make a pair in my medicine closet. I'm not sure about the effects yet, but it's supposed to help absorb the Vitamin D. We'll see in a few months... The only think I'm not a fan of is the taste. I love the sweetness of the Vitamin D tablets, but this one is kind of sour.
