My children really dislike my homemade oil and essential oil mixtures. The eucalyptus or peppermint, even when diluted, are too strong for them and it's a fight to apply it to their chest, feet etc. There was no fight with this chest rub and the texture is much less oily. I did find it helpful to break up some of the congestion in the chest and nose. It wasn't miraculous, but any little things helps when little ones are stuffed up and coughing.
