This is the supplement i must stock up as my anti oxidant regime. I cannot take Reservatol for some reasons, this is the best substitute and I could see my result better in term of genersl health and skin. I believe it helps as in anti aging as I feel my skin and overall health is a lot better. I usually eould take daily for a month or two and stop fr a month and two and continue again.
