L-Methylfolate, 10 mg, 90 Vegetarian Capsules

I purchased this product as a supplement for folate uptake deficiency related to MTHFR polymorphism. This is an excellent product with great potency. It provides incredible energy levels, focus, and appetite suppression for when I am doing intermittent fasting. I take it in combination with Vitamin B12 drops (adenosylcobalamin, hydroxocobalamin, and methylcobalamin combination). When I have this supplement, I wonder how I ever functioned with out it! Will be buying repeatedly for the foreseeable future.

I have been taking this for years. When I've taken breaks, my fatigue worsens. It's pricey but I can't seem to manage without it. Other people may not need this at all if they can process Vitamin B correctly. Others of us benefit greatly. Dosage needs vary between people and over time, I believe. quality wise it is good. capsule size is cute and package is convenient. I have persistent anemia so i feel like i needed this but the ingredient of 10mg is i think too much for me as a small sized female, some users says 5mg below is a good start. I can feel the effect esp if my hgb goes 8-9 but sometime i get really bloated and get a headache if I take more the next few days sonI stop and feel better. maybe bec i also have metabolism issue . no taste. I hope this company makes more options like the lower dosage.

I give it 4 stars instead of 5 though because the company doesn’t specify enough what kind of methylfolate it is exactly. The capsules are small. The bottle is cute and made of glass which I like.
