There are not many brands that offer good quality ALA in the 600mg strength. This Source Natural product does not have any taste or smell. It is slightly larger than a normal capsule but still easy enough to swallow. I take ALA to fight free radicals and oxidative stress. It helps with my immune system
I LOVE Source Naturals, always fine quality at a fair price. ALA is essential to my liver health, and this delivers as good as any. I did knock off one star, because I find it a bit deceptive that you need TWO CAPSULES to get the dosage listed on the packaging. I always feel duped when this happens, but it's still a great product and a fair value. ALA is certified to reduce free radicals in the system, and I do believe it provides oxidative support. If you are experiencing liver issues, you must research & try out ALA! I take 600 mg two times per day, with selenium and milk thistle.
